Exercise your faith

2 Peter 1:5 (AMP) “For this very reason, applying your diligence [to the divine promises, make every effort] in [exercising] your faith to, develop moral excellence, and in moral excellence, knowledge (insight, understanding),” The Bible is not just a mere book of theories. It is a practical book of applicability. You and I know too much to fail in this life. Can you imagine the things we know were not known to Abraham, Moses, David and all those great generals in the scriptures. They never had Jesus. But you and I have God Himself through Jesus. Indeed as Jesus said in Matthew 12:42 that the Queen of the south shall judge us for not taking the opportunity in our generation for she sought wisdom of a mere man yet we have He that is far greater than Solomon. Therefore we have no excuse at all for failure, for we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13). Our sufficiency is not of our own but God’s. If you are a student, you can serve God diligently and yet be an academically sound student in class. God is never interested in seeing us suffering. Jesus said that we don’t have because we don’t ask (John 16:24). Child of God its a high time you sought to change your situation. If God wanted you to remain in that position then verses like John 14:13 would not make sense. The guy said you ask for anything. And He meant anything. Those tough situations your are going through are to open up your eyes for something better. Just ask and believe that you’ve got what you want. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
