The word of God has power to accomplish

Isaiah 55:11 (ERV) “In the same way, my words leave my mouth, and they don’t come back without results. My words make the things happen that I want to happen. They succeed in doing what I send them to do.” Numbers 23:19 says that God is not a man, that He should lie. That means everything spoken of God is true and can not be changed. The reason we all ought to read the word of God always is to grow in the understanding of who God is. For example, to become a mechanical Engineer, you have to be accomplished in the field by reading what others have written or experimented. You cannot claim to be a mechanical engineer just because you got admission to an engineering college and never went to class or even read anything related to the subject. Likewise you cannot claim to be a Christian unless you read the word of God. The advantage of knowing the word of God is that it has no errors like some of Engineering theories. When you apply the word correctly, it will accomplish that which God spoke of. That’s why you must pray in the word of God, you must speak in the word of God and you must sing in the word of God. Everything you do must resonate with the word of God. In that way, you will be a complete Christian.
