Psalms 92:13 (KJV)

“Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.”

Being planted in the house of the Lord means giving one's all and having a sensitivity to the things of God. Instead of being planted, we are still in debates of which church is right and which church is wrong. The solution to that is easy, read the bible often and you will know which is right. In Acts 4:12, we are told that it's only through Jesus' name that everyone shall be saved. So our focus should be knowing more of this person Christ Jesus and what He requires of us.

Knowing the importance of the gospel, friends we ought to grow up and do something for the kingdom. Our bond of love should be stronger than ever before. We should all be involved in everything. You can either preach, sing, encourage, contribute according to your capacity. Either way, get involved. We should not merely come to God because we want something but let it be because we want to know Him and His ways. It's sad that we spend most of our day on the computer speaking to something that can't speak back or even share our emotions.

Let's challenge ourselves to be regular attenders of church and focus on eternal needs. As the new year starts, make it a point to speak to at least one person about Christ and leave the rest to God. Our actions should prove that we believe in this God we serve.
